Jones

Meadow ISD is pleased to announce that Mr. Wesley Jones has been named the lone finalist for the position of Superintendent.

Mr. Jones currently serves as Superintendent at Wilson ISD and brings 17 years of experience in education. He earned both his Bachelor of Education and Master of Education degrees from Angelo State University.

Throughout his career, Mr. Jones has served in a variety of leadership and educational roles, including 2 years as Superintendent at Wilson ISD, 3 years as Secondary Principal at Cross Plains ISD, and 1 year as Assistant Principal and Dean of Students at Coleman ISD. He also has 11 years of experience as a professional educator and coach, serving at Coleman ISD, Plano ISD, and Ector County ISD.

Mr. Jones is married to his wife, Brandi, and together they have five children.

Texas law requires a 21-day waiting period following the Lone Finalist announcement before a superintendent can be officially appointed.
