5th grader Ashtan Clanton loves to read. In fact, he is the only member of the 1,000,000 Words Read Club this year at Burleson Elementary, and met that goal earlier in the semester . As a student who loves to read and as Mayor of Broncoville, he wanted share that love with the community. Since Meadow doesn't have a local public library, he found a solution to get books into the hands of the community readers. Ashtan with the guidance of Mrs. Wesley, researched, obtained funding and partnered with the City of Meadow to bring the community the Little Free Library Bronco Book Barn. A big thank you to Meadow ISD Ag Department with installation of the Book Barn. It's located in the city park. If you would like a book to read, it's there for you to take. If you would like to donate books, just simply place them in the Book Barn. Ashtan, we appreciate you fulfilling a need for the community in the Bronco Way!

ELEMENTARY PARENTS/GUARDIANS: If there is a change on how your child is picked up or goes home in the afternoons, please message your teacher or call the Office by 4:00pm on that day. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

Although Saturday didn’t go the way we wanted it to at Area, and we didn’t advance, we had our best performance yet. They told the most beautiful story, and that’s all you can ask of your company. They made us so proud!
Congratulations to Dylan Paiva for receiving Honorable Mention All Star cast, Kate Smith for being named as All Star Cast and Kyle Woodard for getting the All Star crew award. We are super proud of them!
We will definitely miss this show. We made so many wonderful memories and really enjoyed bringing these characters to life more and more each day. These students gave it their all. This is the beauty of the theatre! I’m so blessed to have a small role in it! #wearethesea #seastheday
