Today jn Forensics we collected a shoe print impression through a 3-D Method known as casting. Students secured the area, took pictures of the impression, and sketched the scene. After this students lightly hair sprayed the impression and poured the Plaster of Paris to be able to collect the shoe impression.

4th grade attended Terry County's Kids, Kows, and More event today to learn more about agriculture industries and the environment. They learned about cotton, cheese, grapes and vineyards, peanuts, bees, the Ogallala Aquifer, and electricity. They even got to brand pieces of wood with a Meadow brand. Such a great learning experience for the Broncos. A big thanks to everyone involved for bringing such a great event to our students!

Our OAP students kicked off Red Ribbon week with some Drug Awareness skits for our secondary students.

📢 Attention Meadow I.S.D. Parents/Guardians! 📢 We've enhanced our student checkout process to prioritize campus safety. A valid Photo ID/Driver's License is now required to check out your children from school. Thank you for helping us ensure a secure learning environment! 🎓🔐

Theses student athletes represented Meadow with class and dignity at Regional Cross Country today. Joey Harrington ran a PR today. Kyle Woodard ran a PR today as well and finished 25th overall and after qualifying teams were taken out, Kyle finished 4 spots out of State. Our other boys ran very well. Big congrats to Bryan Parker, Bryson Parker, Armando Soto, Zander Haile, Issac Estrada and Adrian Fraire. Thanks to Coach Vedder and all of the runner for their hard work. #BELIEVE

End of the Quarter recognition continued this afternoon. The students who met their AR goal received ice cream and extra recess for their reward. Then all students had the opportunity spend the AR points they earned at Broncoville. Thank you Meadow PTO for furnishing the items that could be purchased. Awesome day to be a Bronco! 💜💛

Awesome things were celebrated in Elementary this morning. We had the 1st Quarter Awards Ceremony where A and A/B Honor Roll, Perfect Attendance, Citizenship, AR, and Principal's Award were all recognized. The AR parade to celebrate the students who met their AR goal followed. Great job, Broncos!!

Student council is once again selling ButterBraids. One of the easiest and tastiest breakfasts, especially for the holiday season when company is in town. They also make delicious desserts for holiday parties and potlucks. Follow the link to support STUCO and all their projects. If sweets aren't your thing they have a four cheese and herb bread that is sure to be a hit!
These will be in before the Thanksgiving break. Unfortunately they cannot be shipped.
We appreciate your support.

Student council members had the pleasure of reading to children at the Brownfield Arnold Community Educational Services. So much fun to mentor younger kids and share the love of literature with them. Thank you for the opportunity ACES of Brownfield.
