Congratulations to Riggin Day for his Breed Champion Polled Hereford at the Ft. Worth Stock Show today. He will be in the Grand Drive tomorrow which will be aired on the Cowboy Channel. Extremely proud of all our Meadow FFA students hard work!


For the next two years the Meadow Broncos will compete in district 5-1A in football with O'Donnell, Wellman-Union, and Whiteface. We will compete in district 7-1A in basketball with Amherst, Anton, Cotton Center, Morton, Whiteface, and Whitharral.

Meadow ISD will be closed on Thursday, February 3rd. Please stay safe and warm.

Nettie Ticer was honored by Frontier Dodge and Spirit Chrysler yesterday as the January winner of their One Class at a Time promotion. Nettie received $500 from the dealerships and they also made a $500 donation to her charity of choice which was Lubbock Meals on Wheels. Look for coverage of this event on KCBD. We are proud of you Mrs. Ticer!!

Meadow High School Robotics competed in the TCEA Area 17 Robotics competition in Lubbock this weekend. In the preliminary rounds, Meadow White (Armando Soto, Eddie Garcia and Riley Halford) were ranked 1st and Meadow Purple (Addison Garcia, Korbin Young and Matthew Magana) were 3rd. For this competition, 2 teams compete together with the top ranked team getting to chose their partner for the championship round. The 2 Meadow teams chose to compete together in the Championship round and earned 1st place advancing to State. #stateboundBroncos




Monday 1-24 we will have 2 JH games that night starting at 6:00 & 7:00 pm. The B Team will not play. Thank you #SHAKA

Meadow FFA had a great week at the Terry Co. Stock Show! Our students hard work and dedication paid off with the majority of them making the sale. Results are posted below. Now we get ready for the majors! I am extremely proud of each one of them!!!!

The Meadow FFA Tractor Tech team has qualified for State! Friday, January 14th the Meadow Tractor Tech teams went to the Area 2 competition in Canyon, Texas at WTAMU. Team One (Brady Parker, Bryan Parker, Niko Castaneda, & Noah Magana) won Area 2 and were the only team to get their tractor to run and drive. Team Two also consisted of hard-working students: Noah Magana and Xander Haile. Noah is the alternate for State and Xander is looking forward to next year's competition.
The State Tractor Tech competition is held in Houston, March 13 & 14.
