After careful consideration, the district has decided that we will test 8th grade STAAR reading tomorrow, May 14th. We will also test 6th and 7th grade STAAR reading on Tuesday, May 18th.
Meadow FFA had a great day at our FFA Mesa District meeting! We were able to pickup a lot of hardware for our CDE teams hard work this spring. Want to also congratulated Taylor Caswell on being elected as our new Mesa District FFA Officer. Congrats are in order to Dylan Paiva finishing 2nd and advancing to the Area round of Extemp. Speaking!

Today and tomorrow are the last two days to shop at the Book Fair! The books available are focused on grades PK-8th! Parents and families are invited to shop from 4-5:00 pm. Happy shopping and thank you for building our school library πππ
Congrats to our JH robotics students! All 4 Meadow teams placed in the top 15 in the Middle School Division of the Texas Tech 2021 GEAR Robotics competition. The middle school division included 78 teams from 1A to 6A schools in Texas.

The fifth grade students had a wonderful time today at the Farm Tour for Kidz! The students learned about farming, ranching, water conservation, and so much more! We are thankful for the experiences our local community has to offer our students! Thank you to all those who dedicated time and resources to provide our students with hands-on learning!
Junior high students (6-8) will be going to the book fair on Tuesday 4-27 in the elementary during their Reading class. This is a reminder to bring money if you want to purchase something.

Junior High Robotic teams did awesome at todayβs virtual competition! Their competition includes a trial run video score, engineering design video, and two rounds today in front of Dr Karp from Texas Tech. Results will be announced next week.
