Today jn Forensics we collected a shoe print impression through a 3-D Method known as casting. Students secured the area, took pictures of the impression, and sketched the scene. After this students lightly hair sprayed the impression and poured the Plaster of Paris to be able to collect the shoe impression.

4th grade attended Terry County's Kids, Kows, and More event today to learn more about agriculture industries and the environment. They learned about cotton, cheese, grapes and vineyards, peanuts, bees, the Ogallala Aquifer, and electricity. They even got to brand pieces of wood with a Meadow brand. Such a great learning experience for the Broncos. A big thanks to everyone involved for bringing such a great event to our students!

Theses student athletes represented Meadow with class and dignity at Regional Cross Country today. Joey Harrington ran a PR today. Kyle Woodard ran a PR today as well and finished 25th overall and after qualifying teams were taken out, Kyle finished 4 spots out of State. Our other boys ran very well. Big congrats to Bryan Parker, Bryson Parker, Armando Soto, Zander Haile, Issac Estrada and Adrian Fraire. Thanks to Coach Vedder and all of the runner for their hard work. #BELIEVE

End of the Quarter recognition continued this afternoon. The students who met their AR goal received ice cream and extra recess for their reward. Then all students had the opportunity spend the AR points they earned at Broncoville. Thank you Meadow PTO for furnishing the items that could be purchased. Awesome day to be a Bronco! 💜💛

HB 3908 mandates that schools provide education on fentanyl and other poisonous drugs to secondary students. In compliance with this requirement, local DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) agents will be conducting an educational class assembly titled "One Pill Can Kill" on Friday October 12th at 3:00 to all secondary students. This assembly aims to provide students with valuable insights into the dangers associated with drugs, particularly those in pill form, that are impacting our local community. If you have any questions or concerns feel free to contact Mr. Atcheson at the High School.
